I found this great site and to date I got 5 paid tests already. Their website is usertesting.com and you just have to pass a screener. You must know how to speak English properly in order to do good tests. You will be rated in your tests and that rating will determine the number of tests you receive a day. They pay fix 10$ for every 15-20minutes video that you make. You can use any device but each test have specific devices to take them. "The more The better.

Here are some few guidelines before and during and after the test.
Before:
1 Find a quite place.
2. Do all what you need to do such as toilet things, eating. drinking etc.
3. You can pre check your audio before taking any test or even before starting by recording it in any audio recording program and listen to it by yourself.
4. Silent your mobile phones or any device that might cause noise
5. Read the scenario and make sure that you let it sink in to your personality so that you will have a good review outcome.

During:
1. Read the questions loudly for the first time you read it.
2. If you feel pressured you can pause the recording after the first time you read. Read the instruction again and again until you fully understand.
3. Before resuming check the overall layout of the website already. Compliment good things and Point out bad things. You can save theses thoughts for the end and or during for all your thoughts you say to them.
#I know that they prefer your first impression the moment you saw the webpage but there are some people who really got pressured and cannot think and speak clear when they know that they are being recorded. So I advice that every instruction you can pause the recording for you to think clearly first rathen than saying verbatim or utter words such as uhhmm ahhh so...

8. Write a concise and clear message during the last part when they ask you some questions.
